I don't know where there's a larger version. I don't know where it's from, what speech or appearance. It's just a picture I picked up somewhere along the way and saved cause I thought it was weird.
Sorry, did a quick search on google images and found the same pic in a smaller version than this one. Just save this one down and enlarge it. Wish I could help more.
