Another anecdotal report

The USAToday has had a blogger/reporter with the Marines in Anbar and today is the first morning I've come across it. There's this "day in the life" piece, but what caught my eye is this anecdotal mention of the sporadic use of amphetamines. (I've seen several of these recently related to the Marines in Anbar.)

Millard says some troops use amphetamines to keep alert. "Imagine driving around on patrol for 24 hours in 130-degree heat with no air conditioning."
