  • Cool. I'll put it in the bookmarks because I always end up hunting for those pieces behind the subscription wall.

  • These pictures always hit me hard. It is tragic to think how these parents, grandparents and children will carry this burden all of their days.

When there is a final accounting of the true extent of the White House deceptions, their grief will turn to anger.

I made a video, some time back, which captures my anger: All Those Lies

  • Cool, man. I'll check it out. I've been toying with trying one of my own using all these pictures.

  • This picture paints a thousand words. War's true victims are not only the aggrieved but reaches far throughout the land. We're killing not only soldiers in the frontline but fathers, brothers, sons, best friends, fiances, honeymooners, and husbands. And for each soldier down, a part of his family dies with him.

  • Hi Jen! Glad to see you made it over to Mike's place.

    Mike-

I used to post these kind of pictures up too because they are powerful & I think the people need to see them.

One day a lady sent me a scathing message about posting up a picture of her husband's funeral with her one year old son (which was on the wire- one of several), stating that even though she had lost her husband (his son will never know him), she was still supporting bush 100% because he was a good man and that people like me needed to be stopped (paraphrasing). She requested that I take down the photo & caption. I was flabbergasted, but I immediately took everything down and apologized to her.

That still bothers me to this day.
