Still amazes me you could go on trial, but not be told on what evidential basis because "it's a secret." Hey, why don't we just execute them for classified reasons?

I know you're being satirical, but that possibility was actually in the original Bush plan. A detainee could be convicted to death without ever hearing the evidence presented against him.
