I don't know how Bush and Cheney and Rummy and Condi and all the rest sleep at night. They aren't looking at photos like this. And this is one of the less horrific pictures.
They are also ignoring the flagdraped caskets coming home.

I try to avoid the horrific pictures as a rule of thumb, because they don't have to be gruesome to convey the point.
And, they sleep at night because they don't see these images and have surrounded themselves with people who tell them they're right all the time.
