Dear Mr. Brownback, How can I take you seriously when your statement declaring your presidential bid contains this, "My family and I are taking the first steps on the yellow brick road to the White House?"

So, is he looking for a brain or a heart?

(I really want him around for the early debates.)

Oh...yes, Yes! Please let him stay long enough to get massacred. Nobody deserves it more.

Well, and also, he'll tear into the rightsided hypocrisy of McCain, Giuliani, Romney.

Without a crazy right figure out there, they'll be able to skate on their lies to the religious right.

He would force them to clearly declare themselves.

(I'm taking for granted, of course, that Brownback will make a fool of himself in the process.)

I'm already getting tired of the descriptions of him in the Bootlicking Corporate Media. Even NPR has him cast as a "good and decent" man.

No, he's an anti-choicer, and a homophobe.

Agreed. If there is American Taleban, he's it.

But from the anti-McCain viewpoint I hold, I want McCain to have to answer him in front of that same anti-choice, homophobic "base."
