That picture is great! Have you seen the picture that came right relatively right after Katrina with Bush holding the phone upside down? At the bottom of the photo is a small caption that says: Why help never arrives

Yeah, I've used a similar picture somewhere back in the years. Oval office?
I think I used it in relation to his "command" of the overall terrorism effort.
