Reminds me of the HBO documentary "Baghdad ER"
It would be interesting to see if they revisted the ER and made a followup, comparing and contrasting injuries sustained and the number of troops that came through for the two different time periods.

I don't know.
I don't normally do pictures this graphic, but the blood seemed to speak to the trauma of the death.
