Do you ever get the impression Bush finds the whole "president" thing a frickin' pain in the ass? Thats why he and is flying monkeys have redefined the presidency as more of a totalitarian regime. Kind of an open secret actually, isn't it...

Those pictures are when Bush is playing El Supremo, Anointed Leader of Manifest Power -- not when he's actually being the President of the United States. His joy comes from playing to partisan, carefully selected, invitation only groups... not as a member of the American constitutional government.
That's what I meant.
