Huckabee bears his cross with glee

Wow. Mike Huckabee carves out his spot in the "War on Christmas," running over the top "Christmas" ads in Iowa, NH, and SC with a glowing cross in the background.
What really matters is the celebration of the birth of Christ....

I hope that you and your family have a magnificent Christmas.

On behalf of all of us, God Bless, and have a Merry Christmas.

(Oh, and don't vote for the Satanist Mormon.)

  • I found the ad disturbing. Not because of Huck's religious beliefs, but because his political beliefs... that to be a good American requires a religious litmus test.

  • Yeah. It's a really creepy mix.

Basically, he's not saying you have to be Christian to be president, but look how Christian he is.

    Bad, bad, bad.

  • I just saw the ad on TV. I thought it was even creepier in the context of the evening news programming I was watching. He's running for president of the US and in this political ad, paid for by his political campaign this would be president is telling me that "what really matters is the celebration of the birth of Christ."

No Huck. This is not what really matters when it comes to leading a country. A secular country with a secular government... so far anyway.

  • Oh, also ads for Romney and Rudy.

For them what really matters is disinfecting the country from all the scary brown people from Mexico. Mitt just wants to push them into the shadows. Rudy... Now Rudy is one bad ass dude. And he wants us to know he means business. He wants fences, snipper towers and stormtroopers, er border guards. Lots and lots of border guards.

    What a crop.
