  • They don't hug much in this part of the world. See Putin's right arm? I can tell you he was not comfortable with this no matter the political situation; on a personal level, this made him uncomfortable for sure.

  • A handshake pulled into a hug?

    Sort of related, one of the iconic pictures in my Bush album i the picture of him pulling back Chinese PM Hu by the sleeve and Hu looking shocked that anyone would touch him like that.
