Did CNN run a self-promotional ad campaign motto-ed "keeping them honest" at anytime during the Bush administration?

It was an open secret -- and a accepted reality -- that the Bush administration was completely disingenuous and full of crap. The media just went through the motions of selling ad space and attracting viewers.
Running a "keeping them honest" segment on the Bush administration would attract viewers. Everyone would just do "duh, no kidding." It wouldn't be sensational. With Obama, however....
