It will only become louder and shriller if there are a second and third Court appointments by an Obama administration.
Republicans rail against so-called 'entitlements', failing to notice that they consider owning and running the country one of their own entitlements.

Well, they may have a better shgot at a second or third appointment. Unless something concrete comes up, they ain't stopping this.
And, There's always lots of hue and cry against affirmative action in college admissions, but no one ever says a words about legacy admissions.
