  • I'm now waiting for FoxNews and hate radio types to criticize Obama for a) saluting while never having been in the service, b) using the fallen soldiers for politics, c) secretly gloating over their deaths because, you know, he's really a radical muslim Manchurian candidate...

  • Yeah. I assume the criticism is coming as well.

    I was curious if the White House would offer much of a "why" he went. To honor the soldiers. To contemplate the Afghanistan decision....

  • I think the answer is, "Because this is what an engaged commander in chief must do. These soldiers made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. They deserve better than to return home under the anonymous shroud of darkness. They deserve to be welcomed home, with solemnity and honor, by their commanders, their generals and even their commander in chief."
