Stupid, stupid, stupid....

How much is that mailing list of the Christian right worth? They'll believe anything.

Oh, and as I predicted, the freakout by the right over next week's multinetwork public service promotion, "I Participate," is already starting. (Both articles promoted on Drudge.)

I guess we know who is buying all those blankets with armholes.

  • Wait... a blanket with sleeves! Or as I like to call it; a sweater.

The web ad (including the vid!) is funnier than and SNL spoof.

  • So there's a hate-myth spreading that the Obama's won't have a Christmas tree in the WH. How much you want to bet that when they do the same mental midgets will be calling it a pagan symbol...

  • How indoctrinated are they that they buy that? How far into the paranoid sphere that they believe a chain email as their source?

    It's really pretty scary.

But again, what could a good salesman do with a list like that of people who are so readily manipulated? That's just money lying on the ground.

(And I'm just fascinated with the Snuggie. They are selling so, so many of those things, and I just don't get it.)

Jim Bakker, Jimmy Swaggart, Benny Hinn, Ken Copeland, Pat Robertson, Oral Roberts, Joel Osteen... and the top folks at Amway.

  • Yup.

But how do I, a heathen, tap into the stupid pool?

  • You invent the Snugglie. Duh.

Check out this outdoor version. Make sure you view the larger images.

  • It looks like an alien costume from a fifties movie.

And you gotta love the fact that it's cold enough to cover your head, but not your arms?
